An area of outstanding natural beauty and part of the te Wahipounamu World Hertiage Area, Fiordland is home to the Milford and Routeburn walking trails, commonly known as two of the finest walks in the world. Fiorldland is also renowned for its large amount of rainfall and many spectacular waterfalls.
