All the images on this website were taken with Leica M range digital and film cameras. When traditional film is utilised negatives are processed in the traditional method before being scanned, cropped and re-touched (if required). No drastic or major changes are made during this process, ensuring the integrity of the original image remains intact.
All photographs are printed on Da Vinci Fibre paper using Epson® UltraChrome K3 ink. With a coated fibre surface bonded to an acid free base, this paper is specifically designed to complement the UltraChrome ink. The longevity of each print is 70+ years or longer in a UV protected environment or under glass (see caring for your photograph).
All A4 prints are mounted (except prints from the Out of Office book) using acid-free board and include a white bevel-cut 4-ply window mount. Prints are not framed, however all mounts are standard metric frame sizes. The mounting board is debossed to ensure authenticity, as well as signed, dated and numbered in pencil. A3 prints are supplied unmounted with an authentication certificate attached to the rear of the photograph.
All prints are produced as Limited Editions only.
- Print size 21 cm x 29.7 cm (A4) = 50 prints + 5 artist's proofs
- Print size 29.7 cm x 42 cm (A3) = 20 prints + 3 artist's proofs
Each image is available in the print size and mounts listed on the relevant purchase page.

Light will gradually destroy all photographs, no matter how they were produced: silver gelatin, digital, or some other method. But few of us really want to lock a photograph away in complete darkness so that it will last forever. Most of us buy art so that we can display it, and enjoy it during our lifetimes.
In order to maximize the life of a photograph, there are a few simple things that should be kept in mind:
- If you are matting and framing the print, use only acid-free, archival materials. For the photographs sold by tedlemon, only acid-free mounts and archival tape are used.
- Frame your photographs and display them in a low-humidity environment. Never display any photograph in direct sunlight or fluorescent light. Although all light is damaging to a photograph, these two types of lighting are most damaging.
- When handling prints, avoid touching the surface of the picture. Even if your hands are absolutely clean, the oil from your fingers can leave prints. tedlemon's photographs are shipped in acid-free plastic sleeves, which will help to protect your photograph and the mount from damage, fingerprints, etc. until it is framed.
